Question: Is there technical support for the new FOG?

Hi,

I have seen several questions related to the new FOG. I, myself, sent in notice of a game that stalled in mid stream one week ago. Back in the day, when I raised a question of this kind there would be a response in a day or two.

So:

1) I am still concerned about my game that stopped going forward. I think it was caused by one of my opponent's units landing ontop of another. It would be good to get some information regarding how it was being dealt with.

2) I would like to know whether Slitherine plans to support this new FOG release. If not, it could be withdrawn and we could revert to the still extant prior version.

all games are supported, if there aren't answered, your questions that is, send them to support, open a support ticket, i haven't the knowledge or the game or i would answer it myself

I can do that - I had been under the impression that this part of the forum was for asking for support.

Please remind me how to open a support ticket.

Hello,

I did use the Support facility to report this - actually it was easy to find. Here is the response:

Hi Mead,

I do apologize for the issues you are experiencing. I'm sorry but only the developer may help your with your issue. I've asked the game producer to check your thread in the forum.

Regarding the zoom function, it's only possible at the moment via the mouse wheel.

So, I think this goes back to being the proper place to look for answers. Since the support group is not supporting this product, is anyone? And if so, who, how, and in how timely a manner?
