For now or in the future, is the skirmish mode player vs player only or can you challenge the AI on a custom map?

It is only in MP. The AI to work in single player was a huge problem and not one we could solve and we didn't want to have a badly implemented feature so decided to avoid it.

We're looking at this for future games but it does not fit with this engine unfortunately.
