The Western Huns are a list but are 100 years outside the dates.
Which is wrong?

The army list book says the list covers the Huns until the mid-6th century. So I think both are correct - you just can't have Attila or any subjects or allies.

But Western end in 454

Phil, Main Hunnic empire ended 454 but Hunnic tribes became the Bulgars in 631, and I think therefore existed in some form between these dates - so my interpretation is that this is covered by the Western Hunnic list without Attila options etc up to 631AD.
