I'm wondering how i unlock the hero Bill Furlong?

It says i need to complete the campaign story Reich and Roll, i've complete the campaign but i don't remember a mission called that though?

Am i missing something obvious?

I'm loving this game by the way!

I have the rangers dlc if that makes a difference.
