Just a question regarding the registration of any new serials after being given a new download of the installation file.

I required a new installer file for my Battle Academy game. Should I register the new serial? Or leave the original serial in place.

Oh and kudos for the speed that support was able to generate in sending me the new file. Thank you.

The serial number should be the same, so you don't need to register it again.

That's just it my new file has a new serial. So I have left it alone till I find out a definitive statement.

I have just checked and you bought BA twice (in 2010 and once again in 2013). The link and the serial number we have sent yesterday, refers to the 2013 order.
So you can register your second BA serial.

Hmm not sure how this would change things. But I bought the 2013 file for a friend who clearly has not registered it.

I will leave things alone while you ponder what to do.

He might have registered the game in his account, but we usually provide the download links from Bluesnap. The Bluesnap order is in your name and email address, not in your friend's name.
So we sent the email with the download link to the original owner.
I suggest you not to register that serial number, use your serial number (the older one) to install the game.
