Guys,
what is a normal AI thinking time in vast scenarios such as US Pacific - Tokyo? It takes my laptop 2-3 min to pass a turn at the lowest graphic settings.
I have i3-5010u processor (2.1 ghz with an integrated video card), 12 GB RAM, Win 10

This is normal. The developers absolutely do not want to optimize your game. I have a computer more powerful, but the result is the same. In addon to the "Winter war" it is even worse.

It was worse in the past, got a lot better with the last updates, even on my rather mediocre machine. But perhaps I'm just lucky.

However I notice that animations are lagging more in Winter War than in the Pacific DLCs.

This has been the one consistent problem with this game and it never seems to go away. It has gotten better with time, but the wait for the AI to take it's turn is unreal.

Yes everything, is a good game but need to polish some things to make it a great game.

I count myself lucky in this respect. It runs pretty smooth for me, and I don't have a strong laptop at all.
