I noticed that the new FOG includes 23 scenarios from the new DLC''s
Do you get more scenarios when you buy the DLC's?
How much DAG content (armies) do you get with each DLC?
The most important question to me however are the new DLC's (scenarios and DAG) backwardly compatible with the original FOG?
Ii so would I have to download to the first game and then add the serial numbers to the second?

No, they have different coding and are not compatible.
