Hi I made scenario using your map editor. I added Germany and Finland to axis side. When I start playing and go to purchase unit screen only german flag is shown but when I click empty tab next to german flag also finnish units are available. Is this a bug finnish flag is missing in purchase screen?

You are correct. This appears to be a bug in my eyes. I get the Slovakian flags and units. If I click on the empty tab, I get Finish units.
