Slitherine

I have been trying to upgrade FoG, but with no success.
Having signed up to the unified log-in (for the umpteenth time) I find I can only buy FoG.
After looking around the site I discover Matrix have no record of my registered games. On the Slitherine site all my registered games are listed, save for all the FoG ones. Just as well I took a snap of them a while back.
As it stands my latest purchases "Wolves" and "Oath" arn't a lot of use to me!
Any ideas?

Just contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details or open a support ticket (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with more assistance, just give them as much information as you have and they will find the details and orders regarding the games
