Is there any way, to disable the Victory mark, that I have to control 40% of the Map and have to be 25% bigger than my biggest neighbor? I??m sad every time when I??m playing for hours and then suddenly I??ve won. I could cry because I can??t conquer all of the map.
So, is there any patch or something like that to disable that?

Yes its pretty easy. Go to your user.txt file and add the line
WINPERCENTAGE 100

You might want to check the tweaks.txt file to see if that is the exact name it should be and whether it is measured in %& or 1/10 of a %. There are a few other questions on this if you search the Legion forum.
