dear members,

i bought the new us-campaign at the day of release but just now i start o play it. i registered the dlc with the serialnr. and get also a key for steam. but nowhere in my account i find a download-link. how do i get one.

and the second question is: how to active the dlcs in steam. there ist either no link.

please help
