Slitherine

Hello everybody. Quick question please: I just purchased U.S. Corps '42, '43 and 1944-1945 from the Slitherine store. However when I register the license key for each there is no option to generate a steam key next to any of them on my games page. I am familiar with the process as I've done it with all of my previous Slitherine titles without any issues but there is no "Get Steam Key" button for these three. Am I doing something wrong or is this option not available yet because the game is so new or something? I notice that they are for sale on Steam so that can't be the problem. Thank you in advance for any help.

IIRC you can use your serial numbers directly as Steam keys for newer titles.

Unfortunately your serial is not a steam key as this is part of an older game system. We're in the process of rolling out a new system for collecting keys. Log in to the members area and you will be able to register serials and get steam keys. There is a link on the home page.

Thank you both for responding to my question so quickly. I guess I am still confused though Iain. I am logged in to the members area and have already successfully registered the expansions with Slitherine using my license key/serial number, but unlike all of the other Panzer Corps titles there is no "Get Steam Key" button in the Steam Key column between the Key and Download columns for these three as there was with Allied Corps, Afrika Korps, etc., so I can't attain a steam key. I haven't installed the game downloads from Slitherine yet, could that be the problem? I assumed that would be overkill if I'm just going to download them again through Steam. Sorry if I am missing something obvious and thanks again fro your help!

Unfortunately I've tried the above link, logged out and back into my games page several times, refreshed the page, etc., and while all three expansions are registered with Slitherine there is still no "Get Steam Key" button available for them. Is there any way to have someone take a look at this? Should I contact someone in support? I can't install the downloads from Slitherine because it doesn't detect the original install (I deleted them when I consolidated everything through Steam and would rather not re-install everything when I already have a clean install of the Steam version that works perfectly) and I can't play them on Steam because I can't get the Slitherine page to allow me to generate Steam Keys to "activate a product on Steam" for some reason. So I'm kind of dead in the water atm.

Just contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will help you with the issue, just point them (link) them to this post, good luck

For anyone wondering how this turned out (I noticed 176 views at last count) Slitherine did right by me and got everything fixed of course. Thanks to all involved that got it straightened out for me. Diving into the '42 campaign tonight, can't wait!
