We posed a few questions to Richard Bodley Scott, author of Pike & Shot and Sengoku Jidai, on how sometimes battles could go beyond your control as player in Sengoku Jidai.

You can read it here.

We believe input and feedback from players is important, so please feel free to tell us what you think and how you feel about the system!

I personally love the system, but yes can be frustrating as you can't plan for all possibilities.

I have had issues where things started go out of control, but makes you play better as makes you work hard for victory. I feel it captures real life better way it is, life has a never been easy plan and learning to adapt and change with life best way to master it therefore, if things were changed then it would end up simple do x and computer counter with y so do a and so on etc, this would be easy plan from beginning but would take the challenge and fun out the game.

If your finding it to hard there lot difficulty levels so I think its best as is.

I do love the art work really goes with that period in time, hope stays as is. I not completely up on all units there strengths and weakness as I found games easy get into but its long road to really learn and master it.

Very hope you look at doing other time periods.
