why I can't download at my product area? At there it show [core], I click it, it give me a ftp site but when I click it, it show 550 permission denied?
can you fix that link so that in future when I need to download it, I can download it in my product area rather than have to keep asking support to send me new link.

please try another browser, some browser work with ftp sites and some don't, chrome for one does, but there are others.

you can only download the products you own and are registered in your account

I use filezilla (ftp client) still cannot download, it show permission denied.
If I use firefox download, it will disconnect then I can't resume again.
At my Member area, I found out it is 1041 version which about 564MB. Then in forum I found out the last version is 1048 which 35.7MB.
So I have to download 1041 first then install it? later only update with 1048?
Why I can't see 1048 at my member area/my products ?

I though all should put at "My products" so that I can easily find the latest rather than still have to search in forum.

all you need is the latest as all updates are inclusive, unless it's a beta, which then isn't shown unless on the forums will ask for support staff to recheck the members link again to core, thanks and sorry for your issue
