Where's U.S. Corps?

I just downloaded U.S. Corps '42 and I'm not seeing it in the Panzer Corps game menu.

At the main screen, click on "Play Panzercorps Wehrmacht" On the Next screen click on "New Game" and them from the next game menu click on the file folder in the lower right of the screen (to the right of "D-Day". The US campaigns should be listed after the German ones. At least they are for me.
