download failure

Cannot download HON, cannot contact BlueSnap. Been trying for days. Originally I filled out the problem report for BlueSnap, they suggested a couple of obvious things to try, eg. Firewall, antivirus, since then I am not allowed to get through anymore. Really tired of trying and really dislike losing my $30.00. What can I do?

Just open a tech support ticket or contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links.

thank you, here I am on the tech support screen and I see no place to do a tech support ticket. where is it?
