All Italian ground units wiped out, all cities captured, but no Triumph. Only victory. Bug?

Ground units also include bunkers (5,9) (7,8) (9,10) and minefield (11,11)

Oh, the minefield... >_< thanks. It would be cool if that was called out somehow; I didn't think of it as a unit like I do AI-controlled units.
