Slitherine

I have been a big fan of battle academy for years my user name is JORIODR and suddenly my password disappeared
and I was not able to restore it ( all new passwords did not work ) I reinstalled battle academy and all of the add ons but cannot get back to multiplayer since the launcher says a newer version is
available the launcher invites me to accept the newer version and I do accept but nothing happens
I now have a new user name , killerangle but this does not get me anywhere

anybody have any suggestions on what next
