Just published an e-book on Warfare in Indochina (mainland Southeast Asia) pre-history to c.1500 CE.
Hopefully it will be useful for anyone contemplating building and fighting Wargames in this region, which is very misunderstood and neglected. Most lists for Burmese, Thai, Malay, Khmer, Viet and even some Chinese armies are often lumped into a time period of several hundred if not a thousand years, when in fact obviously weapons, uniforms, tactics changed considerably over the period.
I have attempted to unravel this complicated period and make sense of it despite a shortage of available evidence (particularly in English)
