Is there any way to stop the animation of tank recoil when they fire. I mean it's annoying to see a Tiger jump a foot off the ground whenever it fires it's main gun. It gives the game a real cartoony look. Should it be an option?

There is no option to do this unfortunately. BA2 has a much more realistic feel so you may prefer that.
