Try to Claim a game (Opponent dont want to play any more.. (Motschebo) Friend of me )..System says error!! Try later...

not a bug, as per rules it can only be claimed after so many days, cant remember how many but think 30 of none play etc

only one week now---I see the button..when I click "Windows with.""they was an error while claiming your victory. Please Try later"" (The button is not yellow (normally) but orange??)

AND

The System say..Round 3!! Should be Round 30 or 32 but TURN 3!!!

I call my friend..we play to the end.....1775 better as 1500

have the same error message on 5 of 12 or so games where the oponent has not shown up in 5+ days - the other it worked as intended.

Maybe this is due to games that were too old (version 1.20 or before) and are not parsed correctly...

I can do a manual removal of the games that are stuck, but before that I'd like to analyze what's wrong.

Can you show me a game (your username/opponent/currentRound) that gives error when you try to claim your victory, or that displays incorrect information?

All games concearned are from after the patch - 1.42
2 more were solved since.

and then there is the rangers DLC that i had and is no longer active since 1.42.

For all the 3 games, the last move was on May 6th. So they should be definitely "claimable" now. Do you see the button?

Do you still have the Rangers problem?
