Hi all,

I have tried both directly through your site and through the Matrix site (but they both funnel to the same site for the purchase) to purchase Panzer Corps and the Mega Campaign.

I have a US purchased VISA gift card set up in PayPal will sufficient funds and the card is active and good to go.

I get all the way to the point where your website tries to perform the purchase and then I get and error saying "Sorry...."

I have had this problem on European sites before and US purchased gift card (e.g. Paradox games) - but always switching to PayPal has allowed me to make the purchase - but not with your website.

I am not about to link an active credit card to PayPal just to purchase a game.

Can you please address this on your end?
