What is the size of the 1.42 patch, in bytes?

430mb in size

which is 450,993,277 bytes in a zip file, size on disk is 430 MB (450,994,176 bytes)

unzipped its 430 MB (451,627,864 bytes) folder and 430 MB (451,629,056 bytes) on disk

all patches are comprehensive so only the last one is needed

Thank you. One more question. When I buy the hard copy package will the disk be updated to 1.42 or will it just be the original buggy release? The disk would not be worth having if it contained all those bugs that were fixed by the several patches.

The disc versions will always bring the original release.
You'll need to update the game after installing the game..

Thank you again. So I'll just buy the download, but I'd like to know the size of it before I start. Downloading is a slow process for me so I'd like to know how many MB or GB it will be. Hopefully not in the GB range, that would take me a long time.

The original download game file installer is around 430MB. Then after installing the game, as it happened with the boxed edition, you'll need to update it.
