Mod for other languages?

Do anyone plan a mod with an additional language?
Actually Polaris Sector is in English/Spanish/Russian language.
But I prefer playing in German language.

I start to create a German mod. Its nearly finished but now i have a issue i can't solve. Only the text from any Technology are not able to show *Ä,Ö,Ü*. All others screens and menu are ok. Changing the codepage.table seem without effect.
Anybody got a hint for me?

would only ask what status your mod has?
Is it possible to download and test the mod somewhere?
