Hi,

Here the Order of Battle version of Gmax Exporter (original design for Battle Academy by Tim1996: http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22272) : http://amaris-games.com/gmax-to-oob-mdt-exporter/

1. Download the exporter script.
2. Place the file in the Scripts\Startup folder inside the GMAX install folder.
3. Start GMAX and go to Customize -> Customize User Interface.
4. Select the Toolbars tab.
5. In the Catagory dropdown select the ArtistocratsTools category.
6. Drag the OoB Export entry onto your toolbar.

The script will convert all objects in the scene.

Awesome. I still had the BA script related pages open to look into this myself, but this saves some valuable time :)

I have added the link the the model importing guide forum topic.

Welcome 8)

Someone can test this script?

I tried to convert some of my Battle Academy 3D models into OOB with but I've some scale issues. I don't know if these issues result from script or my own models... Thx.

Very interesting.
I hope some of you graphic wiz-kids will transfer models to be used in OOB, especially British ones which are currently lacking many unit types in OOB.

@Amaris: Make certain the model (pivot) scales at all set to 100 in MAX. The game will override the scale according to specific settings and situations so the original model must be on 100% scale.

Well actually I'm working on a non-ww2 mod for OOB so no British units are planned ;-)

Thanks it was the source of my scaling issue, now it works perfectly:
