On page 135 under HP2B - Elephants and Artillary count front rank bases only, but each counts as 2 bases.
Does this 2 for 1 apply for the number of dice in the Impact and Melee phase. Do Elephants get 4 dice per base for impact and melee??

Front-rank elephants count 2 for purposes of HP2b or HP3B only.

Elephants get 2 dice per actual base in the impact phase and melee phase.
