I took all the objectives in the Peleliu scenario, but the game reported that not all flag points have been taken, causing me to lose the battle and campaign.
I think there is a bug!

no bug the victory requirement are incorrect, I finished it, thought I had the same problem. There are some "hidden" Japanese units on Pel.. located around the north east borders and a few other places. If you eliminate them you will win..you cannot win by capturing all the flags though
