Unit Icon counter mod for Pike & Shot

I have always been a bit frustrated with the fact that the limited (for entirely understandable commercial reasons) number of "Unit Icon" images that shipped with the game don't always correspond with the troop types they represent for a particular scenario. A number of scenario designers have started to overcome the problem by making unit icon files of their own.
However I thought it could also be helpful to create a set of template TIFF files that can be used to easily build customized board game counter style "Unit Icon" files based on a modified version of the widely understood NATO unit icon system, that could be used for user created scenarios and skirmish modules for the game.
As I have made all the templates from scratch using Photoshop Elements and "Paint.Net" there should be no copyright implications that could otherwise prevent Slitherine allowing scenarios using them to be set up for download from within the game. You can download version one of the unit icon set (which includes a user guide in the "Docs" folder) from my dropbox site via the following link.

Please feel free to use develop and modify as you see fit. Also any feedback and suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated.
Enjoy
