Hi guys,

I face the following issue when try to start Panzer Corps on IPad:
Status loading bar runs to 3/4 and then completely stucks and after a few seconds the game is crashing and I am back on the IPad screen.
I have all extensions except Sealion.
iOS version is the latest and reinstalled the game 5 times and more with the same result everytime.

Please help me.

Are you running the latest version of both the game and of the iOS?

iOS is the latest release.
I think PanzerCorps too, but I'm not really sure. I can't check it, because the game gets crashed every time I try to start.

Any ideas or news to solve this issue?

To check if you are using the latest version of the game, please go to the App Store, then in the bottom right there is an option for "Updates", where it will tell you if there is an update for Panzer Corps

I checked within the App Store and it is the latest version installed.
The issue exists since I bought the Soviet expansion. May this information helps you.

I do think I'll need to get the developer/producer to look at this thread, but can you please uninstall the app, then please press and hold the "Hold" and "Home" buttons together until the Apple logo appears, then allow the device to reset. Then please try reinstalling the app and see if the issue persists.

The above process will only clear the cache so all other data on the iPad should be preserved, but it will involve wiping the Panzer Corps data

I've asked the producer. He says that we'll be posting a new version of the game shortly which might fix the issue. Which kind of iPad are you using, e.g. the iPad 2, 3, Air, Air 2 etc?

Can you define "shortly" in more detail? Do you have a release date already?
