Much Respect!

Not sure if this is the place to post it, but, I feel a need to recognize a generous and magnanimous act. Without going into too much detail, a couple of months ago I placed an order (Panzer Korps and the '39 campaign) with Matrix. I received notice the order had shipped and then USPS dropped the ball and "misplaced" the package. To Matrix/Slitherine's credit the company stood up and took the metaphorical bullet! Not only that, but, I was pleasantly surprised they included a kiss at the end (and a big ol' smooch at that)!
To the staff at Matrix/Slitherine you have my respect. That may not mean much to many, but it does to me, thank you!
