Odd Bug Prevents Game from Ending.

I should have won this game a long time ago. Apparently the Cat People were invading the girly people on Alphard when I wiped one of them out and the battle there between them "hung" preventing me from winning the game or ending it. I am unable to invade or bomb that world. Where/how can I post the save game files.

Did this work?...Apparently not. the forum has a 256K limit. I don't have a "dropbox" whatever that is. Don't you guys have an address to mail it to?
