OOB Pacific won't launch

I received a "red stop sign" when logging on this morning (7 April) that says my version of the game is out of date and that I should use the "launcher." Can some tell me what I'm supposed to do specifically? I had no problem last night. Thanks very much.

I am getting the same problem launching PBEM through Steam. I know, as a beta tester, that the Marines launch is supposed to be today. I've checked to see if there is any updated content via Steam however nothing shows up and your product page says Marines coming soon.
