Scenario messages in Soviet Cops come with control characters. For example in Bialystok-Minsk, the following appears: "<center>Reinforcements have arrived!</center>" Then "<You are allowed to deploy air force.</center>". Finally "<Mission objectives have changes! </center>Our position is untenable. Form a new defensive line. You are allowed to deploy more troops! More resources are given to you.

The game has no other problems and these control characters have appeared in other scenarios also.
