Can Siltherine assist me?

I can't start the game. The JVM could not be started.
Two computers, same problem.
From laptop to desktop.
The first is an Aspire 5601 AWLMi, core duo T2300 1.6Ghz, 2Gb Ram, ATI mobility radeon X1300 up to 512Mb, Windows XP Home SP3 ITA, Kaspersky Internet Security 7.
The second is a Core 2 duo E8400 on an Asus P5K Pro, 2Gb RAM, BFG Nvidia GeForce 8800GT OC 512Mb, Windows XP Pro SP3 ITA, Kaspersky Internet Security 7.
The game doesn't start on both of them. Same message : The JVM could not be started. The main method may have thrown an exception.
I tried the demo on the desktop an it's working good, but after uninstallig it and installing my copy...ERROR
On the laptop I never tried the demo and the result is the same.
I am logged as ADMIN.
The RAM is good and enough and there are no problems in settings.txt
There must be a problem with the JAVA.
I'm waiting for the Siltherine support.
