Meine Traum oder Wunschliste für Kampagnen:
(Alles für die Vanille Version, keine Mods !)

Eine „Pazifik Korps“ Kampagne.
Eine „Italian Korps“ Kampagne.
Eine „Spanish Korps“ Kampagne.
Und zu guter letzt eine „Star Wars Korps“ Kampange, möge die Macht mit uns sein…

Italian Corps - there are mods for that. Nikkivdd has one adapted from Afrika Korps.

There used to be at least one other Italian mod, and several other minor nations ones. Some are available from this site, but there are others available through one of the German language websites.

Sure, and there is a Japanese and a USMC mod as well by bebro so the Pacific is covered by mods, too. But Ballerman wrote "no mods!" for some reason so these do not count. What I find strange as I think mods are generally better and more challenging for experienced players than the official stuff which are more aimed at casual players and the masses in general.

Because I have a unique "equipment.pzeqp" file and a unique "efx.pzdat" file, that can be easily adapted to the vanilla version (when new equipment comes to, by an Patch as example). But very time-consuming and complicated to mods ...

While we would not have "mods" without the original framework of PZC and Slitherine....................I agree completely with McGuba.
Mods are what makes the game so outstanding, malleable and enduring. The ability to take something great and make it even better.

Ah, ok. If you do not want to play mods, do not play them. Fair enough. The threads in 'Scenario Design' are mostly dedicated to modding and probably that's why you were misunderstood.

As for Star Wars Corps or whatever, obviously it would be nice to have it, but it you want to have it as an official game and not as a mod, I think chances are not too high. As far as I know the rights for the franchise are owned by Lucasarts (or Disney?) and even if they would agree to sell it to Slitherine instead of making that game themselves it would surely cost Slitherine a fortune making it quite risky. But, who knows? Anything can happen.

They did Warhammer last year, which is normally run by Games Workshop. So if Slitherine is interested in high risk/return ventures, then I don't see why not
