Hi. I purchased the game but I can't run it. I tried to start a new galaxy, choosed my race but then the game crashes to desktop. I reinstalled the game, restored the system, update my AMD drivers and verified the cache but nothing worked. I need some help please, I want to play this game!!

My OS is Windows 7 64 bits, 16 gb RAM and AMD Radeon R9200 3 GB

Is there anything written to your "Fatal" file in Documents\My Games\Polaris Sector? (open it with notepad)

It saids "Invalid serial key!"

It is strange...I purchased the game from Steam.

So, at the moment, is the issue still the same as originally? Whenever you go to load the Galaxy Map after configuring the game you get the BEX error?

(If so, then that Invalid serial key error sounds like something else which we'll investigate seperately)

Also, can I ask if the game is installed to a non system drive? i.e. not your C: drive?

Could you please first erase the Fatal. file and Designs\ directory?

Then, if it crash, check the Fatal. file again.

Also, could you please check the content of the crashinfo\ directory in your game dir? If there is something, could you please archive it and send to ufnv@mail.ru?

Also, please try English version.

2. Could you please delete Fatal. and Designs/, run again, then check the Fatal. ?
3. Please check if there is a crashnfo/ folder in the game directory with some non-empty files?

I think that posting the email address may have trigger the spamminator.

Guys I can't believe it but the game started running when i tried the English version. Maybe there is a problem with the Spanish version.

It's seem to play fine for now but I'll be testing it and I'll let you know in the case I find more issues.
