How to refit ship(s)?

Is there a way to refit ships to another design with the same hull?
Never mind. I found it by accident on the planet screen. I was looking for it on the strategic screen before.
For anyone else looking for it, put your ships in orbit of a planet with a shipyard and then an Upgrade Ship button will show up next to the Ship button while on the planet screen.
