Would it be possible for a mod to be written (or perhaps there is already one?) that announces the arrival of new Russian units, just like a pop-up screen announces the German ones?
This is for the DLC, not the latest Russian Corps version.

You could edit the scenarios themselves to include messages saying "Beware. The IS-2 is now being used by the Soviet forces", but apart from that I don't think it is possible.
