My original idea was create Sisters of Battle, Black Templars, Space Wolves and Necrons factions, and maybey a big campaign with really huge maps (more than 100x100 hex). I Really love W40k, but I dont like the mechanics of the game, specially de defense system (that only reflects armor and not defense for skill or speed)
I dont like too planes, with this mechanics they are so useless
And of course... the size of the squads.. dont have sense... for example you hace a 20 SM squads with a Rhino transport (7).... you only needs 2 Rhinos in the tableboard game.
Or squads of 7 Tanks... (its near a company, no a squad)
and then you mix Titans than in theory have the power of a full regiment in a squad scale game
Anyway they are a lot of other things in the game that I like it.. but for me its really dificult try to traslate the boardgame battles to this one.
