Hopefully you can see what I am asking about. When setting trigger conditions in the scenario editor, there is often an indicator for less than, more than, or equals a set amount. Yet, there is this other icon which could be termed "Equals!" (Or, technically, "!Equals".) It's not less/more than or equal to, because there is only this one version of it, instead of, say, "<=" or ">=".

Explanation, please?

Not equal.
