Slitherine

Hello I have recently registered my serial for Pandora First Contact and received a Steam key to register it with but upon entering the key into the Steam prompt I received an error stating that this is a duplicate key that is already in use. Since the time elapsed from when I generated the key to entering it into the Steam prompt was mere seconds it seems unlikely that the code could have been used in the intermittent period. Can someone please look into what has happened and let me know what the best course of action is to get a working key for my game.
