How to transfer saves between iPads?

Gotta new iPad Pro and want to transfer my save games from my old iPad 2. Does Panzer Corps auto sync or anything? I'm thinking best way to do this is to backup and restore with my pc as the middle man. I was hoping to avoid this though, was trying to use iExplorer to just manually transfer over the files but they dont show up in the Docs folder. Is this possble?

Noticed Id have to wipe/reset my current iPad Pro to use Apples backup feature to get my save games. Something I dont want to do. Yeah in hindsight I should of done this when I got the new one and I wouldnt be in this pickle. But I have things on there now I cant lose.
Basically in a nutshell, I want to manually backup the game, as in take the save game files and copy/save to my pc and move to my new Pro. Is this possible? When using iExplorer Panzer Corps doesnt show up anywhere? Figure the files are encrypted or something.
