Collated issue reports (Japanese campaign / game rules)

I bought the game during the recent Steam sale and have been playing through the Japanese campaign. I have run into a number of minor, game-rules or scenario-scripting-related issues, which I will collate, as I encounter them, in this thread. For any issues of a more technical nature where my system configuration, etc is relevant, I will make a new thread. All entries relate to version 2.2.5 until otherwise noted.
1. In mission 3 of the Japanese campaign (Bataan), after capturing 5 out of 6 primary VPs the game popped up a message saying something about the Japanese Navy authorizing the deployment of battleships for shore bombardment. 2 friendly transports loaded with marines showed up together with a supply ship, as did 2 enemy patrol boats, and I was given 6 naval command points, but no battleships appeared and neither did any valid deployment zones where I could deploy the one I tried buying myself.
2. If an aircraft carrier with aircraft on board gets removed from the game board (e.g. by being sold back in the deployment phase or by being sunk), you don't get the Air Command Point cost of the aircraft back, leaving you with a permanent Air Command Point deficit for the mission.
3. If you undeploy an auxiliary unit via a redeploy point, deploying it back in will cost command points. I found this out when, in the 4th mission of the Japanese campaign (Java Sea), the game gave me a popup message suggesting that I should move any damaged ships to the nearby redeployment point so they could be repaired and then sail around to the other side of the nearby island via an off-map route. Doing as the game suggested caused the auxiliary ships I sent to require command points in order to be placed back on the board, preventing me from deploying them back in!
