failed to extract project file to memory

Hi can anyone help I installed the new updates for Panzer Corps now I can't even start the game I get "failed to extract project file to memory"
I have the game for 3 years play almost daily no problems until now.

You should have another icon named Soviet Corps. Start the game using that one.

I am having the same problem after installing Operation Sea Lion. Played the game for a while then saved it and later when I went back to it I received this same message

Reinstall patch 1.24 and then 1.25.
