Slitherine

I own Commander the Great War on steam and registered it with slitherine but when I sold my old computer to my dad and he bought commander the great war on his steam account it wont let him register his when he tries to go to multiplayer it just it goes stright to the password sceen instead of the login or register screen so I was hoping you can help thanks. It seems that both games are registered under the same account.
