After installing the new Soviet Corps package I got the following message 'failed to extract Project file to memory'. Never got any error at all since 4 years time playing Panzer Corps! I'm using Windows 10. Your help would be very appreciated ...

Reinstall patch 1.25.

I had the same problem. I had to change which program I ran for launch. I used to run autorun.exe, now after installing the Soviet I have to run autorunsc.exe.
