_[FDB] rev1030 [Controls] Configuration issue

When I start up the game using the FOG Configuration I get a lot more control options than I bargained for.
If I go to input I get the options as follows
When I go into the game the map scrolls to the top left and I cant scroll back to centre.
Its always pulling over to the top left.
I didn't have so many control options in the previous build or did I have any issues.

Vertical Joystick 0 axis 1
Fire1 Caps Lock
Fire2 joystick button 1
Fire3 joystick button 2
Jump joystick button 3
Submit Return
Submit Enter
Cancel EscapeIts always pulling over to the top left.
