Cohesion level and effects

Hi all.

On p.114 "Effect of cohesion levels", under FRAGMENTED level the 3rd bullet says that:

"battle group can make a simple move to retire away from all enemy within 12 MU but must CMT for any other move"

1. Does this mean that a FRAG BG in any situation (also in close combat) can retire away from enemies?
2. Does the move distance of the FRAG BG will be the normal move distance (eg. 3MU for HF)?
3. Should the FRAG BG continue his retire until he is at 12 MU from any enemies?
4. Is it an errata?

Regards

Diego

Close combat except as an overlap prevents movement in the manoeuvre phase.

I think you are reading too much into this. The basic movement rules don't change at all. This just says that fragmented BGs must take a CMT to do any move other than a simple move that retires away from all enemy within 12 MU. If there isn't a simple move that does that, you need to CMT if you want to move.
