I have recently purchased a new laptop which comes with Windows 10. The program does not install; is there a problem with it and Win 10, or do I need to download the latest version as opposed to using my DVD copy?

Could you please describe the error? Is it during installation? Which error message do you receive?

I never get to an error message. Although the DVD external drive shows up as an E: drive and displays forty-one separate files, when I click on autorun or setup, it simply spins and does nothing.

I am using a Microsoft Surface Book which accounts for why I have to use the external DVD drive.

I have sent an email with a download link for the game.
Try installing via the download file.

Interestingly enough, the download worked perfectly. Now I am just trying to determine why the DVD did not work.
