The game seems to automaticlaly create the SaveGames and Scenarios directories on a different drive than the game was installed at. This seems to interfere with scenario loading.

How do I manually change the directories in question?

Its non-steam.

As far as I know you can't.
These are small files that won't impact in the game performance, even if the disk C is a slower one.

It saves them where ever you've setup up your My Document folder.
